Cook Team Entry Form

    Entry fees may be paid online (request an invoice) OR by cash, check or card at check-in (simply choose "pay at check-in" on this form to complete your registration). You may also print out this form and mail a cash or check payment to Golden Circle Special Needs Association, PO Box 1290 Fairfield, TX 75840.
    By willingly entering this contest, you consent to allow the use of your likeness(es) in future promotional materials, whether in print or online form, for Golden Circle Special Needs Association and the Big T Memorial Cook-Off.

    Jackpot Categories:

    $35 each with an 80% payback

    Main Entry Categories (IBCA-sanctioned):

    $200 per team allows you to enter any or all of the IBCA main categories

    Team Parking:

    Prices are per hook-up space. Example: If your team has 3 trailers requiring a hook-up space, you must reserve 3 hook-ups. All hook-ups have limited availability. If you need multiple hook-ups of the same spot/price, please specify below.
